Once you send us your measurements we will idividually check the item for you and inform you of any special nuances. For extra reassurance, as another option, you can send us a video of your measurements being taken for any additional personal guidance and recommendations. We strongly recommend you have someone else assisting you with taking your measurements to make sure they are accurate. If it happens that the item you loved does not fit, we can discuss a possibility of re-creating the item you loved with your custom measurements taken into consideration. After all, we understand how disappointing it can be at times, when just as you found what you’ve been looking for, the either size doesn’t work out, or the item is no longer available. Therefore, we would like to do everything possible to spare you the feeling and attempt to make adding an exquisite Du Roi collectible piece to your collection a reality for you. If the item you loved is in “preorder”, there still may be a possibility to discuss your size, measurements and any special wishes and we will make every attempt to get your size available for you.
Concierge Courier Delivery Service
We offer a prepaid Concierge Courier Delivery service to major cities worldwide. It is our preferred and recommended method of delivery of all larger purchases such as sable jackets and coats. When you choose this delivery method, the item you have selected and the Concierge Courier Delivery service must both be paid for and the item will be safely hand delivered to your location by a trusted and qualified Concierge Courier. Upon delivery of the item you will be able to try it on and if you are not satisfied with the way it fits you, the courier will return the item for you and we will issue a full refund for the item upon arrival, except the delivery service fee you paid at the checkout. The Concierge Courier Delivery service fee is nonrefundable. You will be able to select between “USA Nationwide Concierge Courier Delivery” service and “Non-continental USA Concierge Courier Delivery” service for all non-continental USA delivery locations, including worldwide locations, at the checkout.
Personal Pickup
Personal pickup is “Subject to availability based on your preferred and alternative location. For some customers you may choose to personally secure your item at a location proposed to you by our consultant. Please verify your desired primary and alternative pickup location by filling out this brief form and we will get back with you shortly for further coordination.”
